Before you ask.
- Do you charge for tokens?
- No. Bring your own agent — Claude Code or Codex — and its provider bills you for the model. Jentrix records the work; it never sells tokens.
- Do I need a card for the free plan?
- No. Sign in and start. Stripe's Checkout appears only if you upgrade, and Jentrix never sees the card.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The app refuses that one action and names the limit — workspaces, members, boards, or agent sessions this month. Nothing is deleted: archive what no longer fits, or upgrade.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Any time, from Account → Billing. Pro stays until the period you paid for ends, nothing more is charged, and we email you one week before each renewal.
- Which agents work with Jentrix?
- Claude Code (Anthropic) and Codex (OpenAI) today, through their plugins — and anything that speaks MCP. One prompt sets it up.
- Is sign-up open?
- It is invite-only for now. Request access; once approved, sign in with Google or an email link and you are on the free plan.
- Where is my data, and can I take it with me?
- Your workspace data lives in a database in Sydney, Australia, and you can export it from the app. The Privacy Policy lists every provider we use; questions go to support@jentrix.ai.
